No matter what your weight sit light. Take a close look at your saddle, it’s not meant for sitting on and it’s easy to see comfort is a challenge. Truth is comfort comes when it’s treated like the perch it actually is. Brief moments off the saddle, going up a hill or starting out at an intersection, relieve pressure. After that it’s intuitive. Over bumpy roads all it takes is paying attention and multi tasking your leg strength to be still sitting but just barely. That saves you and the equipment from excess wear and tear. Getting into a levitating frame of mind during portions of every ride requires practice and is de rigueur for accomplished riders. It is as easy to explain as how to juggle but once you get it bike life is good.
